Title and Property Information
Our Title Information service is provided in one of two products, a Basic Property Commentary or an Advanced Property Commentary. There is also an optional Property Location Report. To access these services, you will need to have at least one of the following to complete our request form:

  1. Title Volume and Folio
  2. Land Valuation number
  3. Address

Basic Property Commentary
This is a report that contains basic property information. This includes the owner’s name, the property’s volume and folio number and property tax information, etc. The information is collected using several searches.

Advance Property Commentary
This report contains the information in the Basic Property as well as information relating boundary encroachments, restrictive covenants and specific details on the property’s title that may be of interest to the client.

We can provide a satellite view of your property showing its boundaries and adjacent properties using Google Earth™.

Title Insurance offers protection against real estate title defects in the form of an insurance policy issued where the insurer agrees to reimburse loss or damage resulting from an undiscovered defect in title to an owner, lessee or mortgagee. The Insurance is provided by NEM Jamaica Limited with support services by Caribbean Title for Jamaica citizens.

We are the only company that provides a “one-stop-shop” for administrative and processing support services to facilitate Title Insurance. This includes the provision of Title Opinion Reports by our partner professionals who use our Title Information services as it is tailored specifically for Title Insurance.  The information it contains allows all parties, to make well informed decisions when using or providing Title Insurance. In the provision of Title   Opinions, we utilize the services of a professional team of Commissioned Land Surveyors and Attorneys.
