For our Title and Property Information Services we search and check government records including National Land Agency (Title Office, Land Valuation, Survey Departments), TAAD (Tax Office), National Water Commission and provide you with copies of documents as recorded. In addition to a copy of the Title, you can receive as options copy of caveat, deposited plan, strata plan, including water bill and property tax particulars.
In your package you will get a summarized commentary on the property which outlines:
- Current owner and existing mortgages
- Location of land
- Any special issues recorded on the Title
